STRUCTURAL BONDING
- Bonding composite repair sleeves and saddles to OLNG pipelines
- Structural adhesive for backing plates and weld reinforcement patches
- High shear and peel strength adhesion to steel and stainless substrates
- Applied as part of ISO 24817 composite repair system procedures
SURFACE REBUILDING
- Rebuild corroded or eroded pipe walls to original design thickness
- Repair valve bodies, pump casings, and compressor housings in OLNG
- Machinable and sandable after full cure for dimensional restoration
- Suitable for below- and above-ground OLNG process equipment
VOID FILLING & GAP SEALING
- Fill pitting, voids, and irregular surfaces before composite repair
- Restore pipe OD profile for optimum composite laminate contact
- Seals micro-cracks and porosity in cast iron and carbon steel
- Applied as primer filler coat in multi-layer OLNG repair systems
